The product, which is targeted at youth, is designed retaining MTV's quintessence, which is incorporated into the design, the packaging and themes and wallpapers available in the device.
MTV Slash offers three pre-loaded MTV apps. The 'MTV India' app gives an exclusive access to all MTV shows, blogs, videos, web shows, buzz, photos and downloads. The 'MTV Hottie' app provides a peek into the Splitsvilla contestants across five seasons.
The fablet has a 2.1 GHZ dual core processor and runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 operating system.
Weighing just 320g and packed with a 1024 x 600 pixels HD resolution, the device boasts a slim body and has 5MP rear and 0.3 MP front cameras.
